Vitamin C - a powerful antioxidant that can strengthen your body’s natural defences by boosting the immune system and protecting cells from harmful molecules called free radicals. As Vitamin C is water-soluble we recommend consuming it from natural sources such as many fruits and vegetables, including grapefruit, strawberries, kiwi fruit, bell peppers, broccoli, kale, and spinach etc.
Vitamin D - helps to regulate & activate the immune system and provides improved resistance against certain diseases. Vitamin D is best absorbed through short exposure to the morning or late afternoon sun on bare skin.
Zinc - an essential mineral necessary for immunity that stimulates particular immune cell production and reduces oxidative stress.
Probiotics - boost the immune system by inhibiting the growth of harmful gut bacteria and promote the production of natural antibodies in the body.
Herbs such as echinacea, astragalus and Andrographis which are bioavailable to the body meaning they come from natural sources and are easily digestible for maximum benefits to the immune system.
Super mushroom complexes such as reishi, shiitake, cordyceps, lions mane and turkey tail - used for centuries in Chinese medicine as natural immune boosters.

Diet Our diet plays a huge role in the health and function of our immune system. What you consume will either support or harm your body. Toxic foods consume all of the energy your body has in order to break them down and remove them from your system. Healthy foods provide life-force, vitamins, minerals, fibre and all of the necessary elements we need in order to thrive. Consuming an alkaline diet rich in fruit, vegetables, legumes, lean protein etc is the best way to support your immune system. Also include ginger, chilli, turmeric, spices, pepper, sea-salt and garlic. The virus cannot resist heat and dies if exposed to temperatures of 26-27 degrees, therefore, often consume hot drinks such as tea, herbal tea and broth during the day, or simply hot water: hot liquids neutralize the virus and it is not difficult to drink them. Avoid drinking ice water or eating ice cubes or snow for those in the mountains (children)!
