Coconut flesh
Coconut yoghurt
Dates
Walnuts
Banana
Hemp seeds
Vanilla bean
Cinnamon.
Directions
The night before, pour a fresh young and green coconut if you have available (or alternatively use coconut water out of a bottle), pour into an ice cube tray: freeze until solid. Blend 2 cups of coconut yoghurt, 1/4 cup of fresh shaved coconut flesh from the inside of your coconut, 1/2 cup of dates, 1/2 cup of walnuts, 1 x banana, a handful of hemp seeds, vanilla bean and 6 coconut ice cubes in a blender until smooth.Thin with more coconut water or coconut milk, if desired.
To Serve
Divide among 2 glasses. Sprinkle fresh shaved coconut and cinnamon on top.
