Chlorophyll is a green pigment found in almost all plants, which allows plants to absorb energy from light.


It has a similar molecular structure to hemoglobin which helps to rebuild and replenish our our red blood cells.

  • Juicing lots of greens

  • Green powders such as chlorella, barley, wheat grass. I recommend Vital greens which has a combination of all and other important nutrients and herbs.

  • Eat more greens. The darker and greener the vegetables the highest levels of Chlorophyll. These include kale, spinach, lettuce, broccoli and asian greens.

  • Liquid Chlorophyll. Just add to your water daily where you gain a constant flow of chlorophyll.
