details of treatments or merchandise ordered or purchased from us;
other information provided voluntarily by you, for example in response to surveys or competitions.

How does BBDR use your personal information?

BBDR discloses your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. BBDR may use your personal information for the primary purpose for which it was collected and secondary purposes related to the primary purpose. Such primary and secondary purposes may include, without limitation use of your personal information to:

Develop, run, administer and market competitions, programs, activities and other events relating to health and wellbeing;
Market products, services, merchandise and special offers made available by us or our respective corporate partners, licensees, suppliers and sponsors;
Administer and manage our website and provide you with access to our website;
keep you informed of news and information relating to health and wellbeing including by distributing newsletters, publications and other communication via various mediums; and
Research and develop new competitions, programs, activities and other events relating to health and wellbeing.

In some circumstances BBDR may collect:

Other sensitive information about you (for example, information about your racial or ethnic origin).

BBDR may use health information about you to ensure that the retreat packages and treatments in which you participate are run safely and in accordance with any special health needs you may have and for insurance purposes.

When does BBDR disclose your personal information?

BBDR may disclose your personal information to:
companies or organisations that BBDR have engaged to carry out functions and activities on our behalf;
our professional advisers, including our accountants, auditors and lawyers;
our insurers; and
Otherwise as required or authorised by law.

Accuracy of your personal information

BBDR take all reasonable precautions to ensure that the personal information BBDR collects, uses and discloses is accurate, complete and up-to-date.  However, BBDR rely on the accuracy of personal information as provided to us both directly and indirectly. If you find that the personal information BBDR holds about you is inaccurate, incomplete or out-of-date, please contact us immediately (our contact details are set out below) and BBDR will take reasonable steps to ensure that it is corrected.

How can you access the personal information BBDR holds about you?

Subject to some exceptions provided by law, you have the right to access your personal information.   For security purposes, if you would like to access personal information that BBDR holds about you, BBDR require you to put your request in writing.   If BBDR does not allow you access to any part of the personal information BBDR holds about you, BBDR will tell you why.  BBDR will not charge you for lodging a request to access your personal information, but BBDR may charge you for our reasonable costs in supplying you with access to this information.

BBDR takes all privacy complaints seriously will investigate your complaint in a confidential manner and you will be informed of the outcome of the investigation within a reasonable period of time.

From time to time, BBDR may need to change this Privacy Policy to reflect our changing business practices.  BBDR will notify you of any amendments by posting an updated version of this Privacy Policy on the BBDR web site.
